Windmill Buildings of the Near Future

The wind in certain countries can be very fast up to 120mph winds. Then, there should be a mechanism to resist the floors from spinning which may offset the usable power generated by wind mill action. The design is perhaps feasible in countries where wind speeds are relatively moderate.

However, application of the mechanistic design in hurricane prone states like Florida or tornado prone states should require more in depth engineering solutions & perhaps inexplicably increase the cost to a point which makes the design impractical.
Unless, of course, you are a super rich person whom places expensive “theme park” mechanical engineering features for a skyscraper above everything else. A more cost efficient design solution, which in my opinion, is a much better approach to building design.
