When we took taxis from Zelenodolsk to Kazan City, we could not always arrive where we wanted to arrive in Kazan City, Tatarstan, Russia. The reason, as I have mentioned in a previous post is that the owners of the taxis actually work in Kazan City & provided the service for anywhere in between their home in Zelenodolsk & their work place in Kazan City. On occasions like in the picture, the taxi dropped us off in another part of Kazan City & we had to take 2 buses to reach the area near Balm Street. In the background is the beautiful red building of the Kazan Railway Station.
