Suspended Walkways at Langkawi Cable Car Station
The cable car station in Langkawi Island, Malaysia also leads to suspended walkways, high above the tree tops. One can actually walk from one hill to the next on the suspended walkways. The temperature is far cooler on the hills then being on the lower altitudes in Langkawi Islands.
The views are not great to shout about, more rather the design of the suspended walkways itself is more attractive. From a distance, you can view how the walkways are being built. However, once on the walkway itself, one could become oblivious to the structure & feel as though the walkway is suspended on thin air. Binoculars & refreshments are also available for purchase at the Langkawi cable car station.
