Succulent Lamb ChopsLamb chops are usually served with mint sauce especially traditional lamb chops. Since the first day that I had eaten lamb chops, I could never understand why the dish is served with mint sauce. I prefer to eat lamb chops with the more versatile brown gravy.

Add some mushrooms in it & you have some brown mushroom gravy. Lamb chops can be grilled, cooked in the oven or even fried. The only part of the lamb that I like fried is the lamb’s fat. Other than the fat, any form of cooking the lamb meat tastes good. There is usually a lot of fat in lamb chops. I prefer to deep fry them to make them more edible.
