Heaped Roasted Chicken Dish
The Roasted chicken dish in the image looks casually piled together. A spontaneous heap of tasty roasted chicken pieces on a bed of mash potatoes surrounded by what looks to be brown gravy with some black pepper. The garnishing looks like it grew out of the pile of moist delicacy.
Wet greeneries make the chicken look dry even though it may not be the case. The mashed potatoes are perfect, fluffy & lots of it on the dish. An unusual presentation for roasted chicken & I prefer seeing large pieces of my roasted chicken laid out rather than in a pile.
