Ice skating was not the only activity where my glutinous maximus bumped on the ice. In fact there was also an incident where my butt hit the curb but it is a personal. Moving on, I also tried my hand at cross country skiing. My lady Gulfiya has some long skis at her parent’s apartment. They were more than a meter in length.
She told me that she used to go skiing with her father & younger sister in the past when he was healthy. Skiing was yet another first experience for me with my lady Gulfiya in Tatarstan, Russia. Now that I am thinking of it, it is stupendous to have so many first experiences on a single holiday. 
Gulfiya showed me how to strap the skis to my shoes & also how to move about on skis.
