Pricey MYR27 Chicken Rice Dinner
The Chicken rice restaurant near 7-eleven at Ampang Point, Nasi Ayam Hainan Damansara Utama must be the most priciest chicken rice dinner I have ever had in Malaysia. I ordered an extra Kailan vegetable dish which tasted like too much salty soy sauce was used, a bowl of fishball soup, 2 chicken rice sets, 1 Nescafe drink & another tea drink. The total was MYR27. What the heck? I feel cheated.
I really dislike feeling cheated. The chicken rice tasted quite good but not great. Honestly, I have tasted better chicken rice elsewhere. I think I shall add the chicken rice shop to my list of “Not to buy from the shop anymore” list. It is bleeding expensive chicken rice for Malaysian standards. I can buy a better tasting chicken rice set for only MYR3.50 each in Taman Melawati.
