Authentic Romantic Styled Building in Kazan
The flat base just before the roof combines splendidly with the façade by providing a pedestal like for the stylish roof which otherwise would look quite out of place in the design. The external rainwater down pipe on the side of the column hints nostalgia into the design.
Nowadays it can be concealed yet with it being on the outside, the authenticity of a romantic styled building is preserved.
