Miss Not Eating the Peking Duck in Beijing
One of the most revered to meal in the modern world is the infamous Peking duck. Being in Beijing (formerly known as Peking), you should allow yourself to feast on the wood roasted honey coated skin ducks. The Peking duck delicacy is a combination of specially roasted duck, pancakes, special sauce, & vegetables like in the below video.
You eat the specially sliced pieces of roasted duck that has its crispy skin attached, dip them in sauce, place them on a pancake, add some vegetables, & fold them to be eaten. You being in Beijing; the Peking duck dish is one not to be missed. It is like missing visiting the Forbidden City while in Beijing. The least you could do; which I did, is to feast on roasted duck everyday while in Beijing. It was not the Peking duck pancake combination but a roasted duck in Beijing is a roasted duck in Beijing.
